Remarks
In a privileged setting in Cabrils, in Barcelona's Maresme region, Nova Cabrils Residences is an exclusive development designed for those seeking more than just a home: privacy, contemporary architecture, nature, natural light and exceptional Mediterranean views.
Located on Carrer dels Aurons, within the La Llobera residential area, the project is surrounded by nature and enjoys an elevated position with a south-facing orientation, offering panoramic views towards the Mediterranean coastline and abundant natural light throughout the day.
The development will comprise five independent houses, each set on its own plot of more than 600 m², carefully designed to follow the natural slope of the land and create a seamless relationship between architecture, interiors and landscape.
Construction of the first residences is scheduled to begin in January 2027, with estimated completion approximately one year later.
LLEVANT & ALBA | The First Residences
The first phase comprises LLEVANT, at nº 5 Carrer dels Aurons, and ALBA, at nº 7.
Both residences share the same philosophy: contemporary architecture that does not compete with its surroundings, but belongs to them. Stepped volumes, open spaces, generous terraces and a constant connection with the Mediterranean landscape define the project.
ALBA and LLEVANT is arranged over three levels and features 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, together with a private lift and an impressive 96.14 m² private garage for three vehicles.
The main living area combines the living room, dining area and kitchen in a bright, open-plan space extending towards a spectacular 101.87 m² terrace overlooking the Mediterranean. The infinity pool becomes one of the defining elements of the residence, visually connecting the home with the horizon.
Natural materials, carefully selected finishes and a contemporary, timeless aesthetic complete a residence designed for exceptional indoor and outdoor living throughout the year.
CABRILS | Nature, Sea and Barcelona
Cabrils enjoys a privileged location between the Litoral Mountain Range and the Mediterranean Sea, combining tranquillity, nature and quality of life with proximity to the coast and convenient connections to Barcelona.
Its green surroundings, gastronomy, open views and residential character make Cabrils particularly attractive to those seeking an authentic Mediterranean lifestyle without giving up the proximity and connectivity of the city.
Nova Cabrils Residences is a limited development of just five independent homes, created for those who value privacy, design, quality and a genuine Mediterranean way of life.
Construction scheduled to begin: January 2027.
Estimated completion: approximately one year later.
